Replace image from the file store not working since upgrade to 3.02

Upgraded from 2.4.2 to 3.02 and nowhere is "replace image from file store" working, no drop down list appears. Please
Help. -

ImageField has been deprecated in favour of UploadField in SilverStripe 3.x, which allows replacing the file by either dragging a new image in, or selecting "From files"
