We held a hosting focused SilverStripe meetup a couple of weeks ago. Aaron Carlino, one of our our Open Source Evangelists (whose voice you may recognise from our online SilverStripe developer lessons) did a talk on the SilverStripe Platform, alongside some other hosting options. We use the SilverStripe Platform to run our own silverstripe.org and silverstripe.com websites too so was nice to showcase it.
Aaron covers the ideas of "doing what you do best" by first introducing a Burrito, then outlining the features of SilverStripe Platform, finishing up with a live demo to remove a pesky 'Rick Roll' from our demo developer lessons side, One Ring Rentals.
