The second release candidate of SilverStripe 2.2.0 has been released.
SilverStripe 2.2.0-rc2 contains the following changes from SilverStripe
2.2.0-rc1:

- Fixed problems doing a db/build on an upgraded site in live mode
- SWFUpload only works on beta flash plugins on linux and mac, disable
it unless the newer version of the plugin is detected
- Renamed Sitemap to GoogleSitemap, to prevent clashes with projects
that have classes named Sitemap
- Removed links to externals sites from Google Sitemap
- The cache folder now contains the location of silverstripe in its
name, preventing clashes and permission problems on shared servers
- Don't email CRSF errors on live sites, as spambots create lots of
these
- Added error check on homepage redirector
- Added caching to RestfulService
- ?previewwrite no longer works on live sites
- Fixed incorrect CSS in TableListField.css
- Added missing ExtraMeta field in SiteTree
- Stopped top level menu from appearing as second level menu on login
page
- Added scrollbar to statistics admin
- Sort images in side pane by title
- Fixed bugs in sitetree filter
- DropdownTimeField.js was being included as CSS instead of javascript
- Disabled the Draft site and Published links in bottom left hand
corner from showing in everything except the Content section
- Fixed redirection in auth_openid module
- ErrorPage now returns the correct HTTP status code
- Fixed translation typos in ChangePasswordEmail.ss
- ComplexTableField fixes
- The Page view: Edit | Draft Site | Published now only show in the
Content section

Not really. php_info() shows it's PHP Version 5.2.3
