Can't Login to Admin

I just upgraded my site from 2.3 to 2.4 and now the login screen doesn't appear. The username/password fields aren't visible at all.
Any thoughts?

Have you flushed?

The log in page, is it completely blank? Or does the page come up just without the unsername password fields?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I've flushed it. The page shows up with the basic Page.ss layout, but there are no username/password fields at all.

In your templates/Layout/Page.ss make sure you have $Form
