Hi!
I have to customize the site's homepage (no admin Silverstripe area, but on-line site): I need three div. Do I have to drag the div horizontally, something like happens in admin widget area (here i drag div horizzontally). Is there anything ready?
if not, can you help in recovering the routine that allows me to move the widget vertically?
If search something in internet, is necessary use jquery?
Thanks!

If I undertand this correctly, you want a div in the front end that can be moved by the user? This is more of a front end dev issue, and not something SilverStripe handles itself.

The easiest way would be to use jQuery and jQuery UI since it has a draggable function http://jqueryui.com/demos/draggable/

I've never actually used that part of teh UI plug-in so I'm not sure of its implementation, but teh jQuery UI site has great documentation
