In the recent SilverStripe meetup in Auckland, Sam Walsh, developer of Little Giant, shared with us a small tool he’d hacked called Sliver. His video talk is now available on Vimeo for everyone to enjoy.
Inspired by Laravel’s Tinker and powered by Psysh, this tool helps you debug and interactively experiment with a sliver of your SilverStripe project. In the talk, Sam gives you a rundown on why you might want to add this to your developer toolbox, how to get it set up and how to start using it.
