Unlimited Potential is often asked why we haven’t sold franchises and expanded. There is no doubt that would be a profitable exercise and increase the profile of the brand, but does it provide a better experience for customers and make for a better business? Over time they have developed their own unique approach a real estate model that provides significant added value, they call it, real estate by design. Unlimited Potential was already a client of ours, they needed a web design refresh to launch into their spring selling period with.
Our solution
Working closely with their in-house design team we were able to come up with a new look feel that reflected the properties they are selling. At the same time, we upgraded their version of the CMS from 3.6 to 4.2.1. The site is hosted on the SilverStripe Platform, which meant Web Torque could concentrate on developing the website without worrying about hosting, security and maintenance issues. With the global nature of this website, the 24-hour availability of the platform team is a huge benefit.
