A little help please

Hey, I downloaded and extracted the newsletter module but I get this error everytime i try to open it from the admin.:

"[Warning] file_get_contents(C:/xampp/htdocs/silverstripe/cms/javascript/tinymce.template.js) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
GET /SilverStripe/admin/newsletter/

Line 472 in C:\xampp\htdocs\silverstripe\sapphire\core\Requirements.php"

would appreciate any help. cheers

You should use trunk version - however i use that, and it does not send any mails - i can send a test mail, but when i send to entire mailinglist, nothing os send :-(
