extra silvstripe installation in a subfolder

Hi,

I have a SS3.1 website running on a TLD. I have developed an extra website for this client and put it in a subfolder. I edited the htacces line "RewriteBase /subfolder".
Now i can access the site's homepage on www.primarydomain.be/subfolder. However, when i try to access the admin section of the second site, i can't access it .
So www.primarydomain.be/subfolder/admin redirects to www.primarydomain.be/subfolder (and not to the admin section). Can anybody help me out please!
